When placing an order for a portrait, please note the following:

It is preferred that all work begins with a photograph sent by the client via e-mail. Alternatively, I can meet with the client and take the pictures myself if client lives within a reasonable travelling distance of the Aurora area of Colorado.

If the original is a print, the customer is requested to scan the image and then attach it to an e-mail. If the client does not have the means to scan, please copy the original and sent the copy by mail.

Head and shoulder shots make the best images of individuals but if what is sent will not work due to small size for example, the customer will be advised and an attempt to find an alternative will be necessary.
